Node gateway for the admin copilot, static Sidekick assets, and MCP proxy.

Endpoints

• /api/copilot/health — copilot status
• /dev/ — local Sidekick playground (test UI without Magento)
• /sidekick/ — Sidekick setup notes
• /sidekick/loader.js — script loaded by Magento admin
• /mcp — MCP HTTP proxy (requires npm run start:http on 4003)
